At Play-ology, our infants are encouraged to explore and grow with hands on experiences in a positive, mindfully crafted environment under the guidance of skilled and nurturing caregivers. We provide a curriculum full of play-based learning opportunities for every developmental stage within the program. We utilize Primary Caregiving, which means each teacher is assigned a small group of children based on developmental age. The teacher is responsible for not only the daily care of the children but also tailoring the lesson plans to the needs of their group. Primary Caregiving creates a smaller cohort within the program allowing the teacher the ability to focus on the distinct needs of each child, supports the communication between Play-ology and home and builds a stronger child care community.
